Our Newsletter
When you sign up for In-Production: Achieving True High Availability, we ask for your name and email address so that you may receive a personalized monthly email newsletter from us. We use this information solely to for the newsletter. We will not use it to market to you or for any other purpose. We will not sell, lease, lend or otherwise share your information.

We utilize a third-party service called Emma for sending out our newsletter. Emma belongs to the Email Service Provider Coalition and adheres to strict security policies to product your information. Your contact information is securely stored on their servers. Emma helps us keep track of whether your newsletter was successfully delivered, when you read it and whether or not you shared it with others using the built-in “send-to-a-friend” feature.

Our newsletter mailing list is strictly opt-in. You may be removed from our mailing list at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the end of every newsletter. Removal takes effect immediately. You may also contact us directly or send us a message to request removal.

Our Website
We use Google Analytics to help us maintain general statistics about visitors to our website. When you visit our website, a small script is run which transmits information back to Google. This information includes your IP address, pages viewed, time spent, browser type and the search engine or linking web page you used to find us. We do not record or store any personal information for visitors simply browsing our website.

State Privacy Rights
Beginning on January 1, 2005, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits those customers that are California residents to request that personal information not be shared with third parties for direct marketing use. Because we do not share your information with third parties or use your information to market to you directly, there is no need to make a special request for that purpose.
