Mission critical networks aren't just for big business. They are the very life-blood of all business in the 21st century. They store our intellectual brain trust. Process orders. Provide service. Allow us to communicate. We all have mission critical networks.

Backups are not enough. Downtime is expensive. To stay competitive, organizations big and small must learn how to keep business critical systems running all the time.

This is easier said than done. High availability is elusive. Not because it's terribly expensive or overly technical. It's mostly about process.
